I don't know what I was thinking today. I drank 3 bottles of water by noon. That would have been fine if I wasn't at work today and if it wasn't after 2 cups of coffee. I drank water like I was home. I had to keep closing to use the facilities. I usually drink the coffee and 1 bottle of water while working. I just zoned out. Also for some strange reason I just want water today, more than normal. I'm floating.

Nope, I'm not diabetic so don't have testing supplies. I get like this every once in a while. It's usually when I don't take a day off from exercising for a while or after I increase it.

if you had way more sodium than normal ,,then you can have that much urge,,but anyway water is good,,that shut not be a problem
