Light rain and drizzle, so no outside walking today.

Did a 30-minute Stairmaster workout and 15 minutes on an XBox adventure. HRM gave me 335 calories burned on SM when the SM gave me 178, so I halved the calories the HRM gave me for the XBox routine, from 162 to 81.

Thrift shop work for me this afternoon. My Nervous Nellie doesn't like even light rain, but she'll survive while I'm gone. At least I won't have to medicate her.




STAIRMASTER NOTES: no support needed until 1/3 of the way through Heartbreak Hill, then straight arm. Had 159 max HR at end of interval workout prior to HBH.

WOW, that is awesome Sandy. I still haven't gotten back into my workouts. I just don't have any private time to do it as I won't work out with anyone watching. Have a wonderful day and glad you won't have to medicate your pup with the rain. :):)

Laurie, I'm the same way...won't workout in front of DH, at least not in any kind of strenuous way. You get so much of a workout with your daily chores, I'm surprised you're looking for more!

Buffy....it's February.....new month.....new focus. We'll see how it goes, but I tell myself surely I can do some sort of a change for just 1 little, shortened month.....right???!!! LOL!!

Bren, the change-up in the bio is just so anyone who wanders there will get the picture that for losing a lot of weight, this is what the journey "can" look like....how long it might take. Luckily, I didn't focus on that when I started or I might never have started! LOL!

WOW...that is awesome!! Great job with the workout. I finally got my bio to update after trying everyday for 3 weeks, and filing numerous reports with the FS team. Hope you had a great day yesterday, and have a better day today! Hugs!
