Yesterday was a battle. I was so hungry all day. Today I started out and tried to plan my day's eating and I've been hungry; but not so out of control. About five this evening the hungries got me; so I went for an hour and fifteen minute walk. Then I fixed my tv dinner and last I had my wonderful banana milk shake. Yum.
