wow, ok, I decided to take the day off my diet and reward myself for as far as I have gotten. Almost 70lbs. Ok now in the morning I will have to get at it full force. I want to see the next 70 fall off this body. The sushi for lunch and chocolate cake after dinner was wonderful. The carb high, not as wonderful. It reminds me that sugar is definitely an addictive drug.

Well done! And it seems to have made you more determined to carry on. Everybody deserves a break-day every once on a while and as long as they've got your attitude to get back on it and keep going, it's great. :)
