I went to the monthly women's group at church last night, we played bingo this time it was fun. I didn't win, but that wasn't really the point. It was nacho night. I mentally prepped myself all day, I did not have any chips, instead I ate beans and cheese. There were yummy deserts but I only had one slice of chocolate cake and to drink I just had water. I felt so good making those choices. Several people asked if I was dieting, I told them no because that means that at some point you are going to stop dieting and I preferred to think of it as just watching what I ate which is a lifetime need.
