~Challenging Day~Things I Remind Myself~
1. This to will pass...it always does, it's the beauty of all things temporary 2. It's not all about me 3. Sometimes the best support one can provide is to say or do absolutely nothing 4. Noble silence is golden 5. Adopt kindness in all things, even if I don't feel like it, because it's just a lot less energy than being hateful 6. I can learn from others journeys, but I must live the lessons in my own path 7. I am you and you are me (favorite buddhist saying)...keeps things true 8. Keep pedaling through. There's no need to feel motivated 100% of the time, that is neither realistic or reasonable. However, whether I'm getting through it happy, sad, or indifferent, just do it! 9. Oh, and wine is good!
And, I did...I got through this day and my workout, and it's enough.
