Still have tons of birthday cake leftover so a friend told me they freeze just fine. So I cut them up into squares and froze them. In the future if I need something sweet I can defrost one and eat it. In the mean time it is not sitting on the counter staring at me every time I walk into the kitchen and that is a good thing.
