I knew my weight would go up from my cheat day and shark week. I did get my exercise in everyday along with my water. The drinks were worth it though. I am back on track and good for a month or so (maybe 3 months again) before I start wanting another cheat day. I also did over 15,000 steps yesterday and I did use my treadmill still. I was out in the sun all day yesterday and I will be retaining some water from that. No matter how much sunscreen I put on my face I always burn some. Thankfully I only burned a little on my face this time.

Back to basics--you can do it! You are braver than I. Although I ddn't cheat other than having one jelly bean (LOL), I think I ate way too much allowable food, which is as much a problem as cheating. Fresh start. We can do this.
