I just finished with the treadmill tonight. I did it in 2 parts today. A 30 minute session and a 22 minute session. I put my goal back up to what it should be and the toe did alright in a closed shoe tonight. Yay!

Tomorrow is Busch Gardens for Easter and then eating out. My mom doesn't want to do the family kayaking, picnicking thing this year. Okay, I'll go with it. If Busch Gardens is too busy we may to find something else to do though. I don't do crowds there. If there are bad lines we all leave. That's the advantage of living close by and having passes. Considering The Band Perry will be playing tomorrow, it might be packed.

Tomorrow is also my "cheat" day. I haven't had a real one yet from my woe and I really want a bacon pretzel tomorrow. I will also have wine or beer and probably dippin dots. Easter also means ham and mashed potatoes. I haven't had mashed potatoes since I had food poisoning on Christmas. (Bad shrimp, my mom still feels bad)

My doctor suggested a cheat day once a week, I said no way, once a month. Well it's been 3 months and except for the one slip (one item in one hour) I haven't had one. I will have to log in my journal what I ate but probably not in the food log since it will be hard to track. Sorry I might be a food picture poster tomorrow.

Rose, you are doing great! You have lost 22lbs in about 13 weeks since mid January, that's about 1.75lbs per week. That is a good, sustainable rate of loss. Well done you! Enjoy your cheat day! After three months you deserve one. But don't weigh for at least three days after. The extra salt and carbs will cause water retention, and you don't need to scare yourself over that!
