Really struggling this morning with my allergies. Today the pollen count is 10.7, which is down from yesterday's 10.9 but still in the extremely high range. We have so much rain this year, more than we have had in quite a while. We haven't had a winter like this in about 10 years, so EVERYTHING is blooming. It's beautiful but, ugh! Everyone at work yesterday had their windows open so i finally gave up and went home. I am trying to be positive, there should be less forest fires this summer, good for the garden, the lake is full... but my seasonal depression is raring its ugly head, I feel like I could just cry and cry.
But forward and onward we must go, so I am trying to find the positive everywhere to help. One positive thing is that since going outside is not advised I am getting all my exercise in, weights, abs, stretching and walking. I have also had some time just to sit and relax.
