Yesterday was our monthly potluck at work. There were quite a few looking yummy casseroles. I only took a little of 2 and some salad. I felt good about that, I am really working on the idea that food is for our energy, for the most part. Also working on not overeating, for example when we were on vacation I only ate half the hamburger and took the other half back and ate it the next day. This is a process for me and I feel like I am making a good step forward, hopefully I can stay that way.
