Okay so today was a total disaster. I ate way over the amount I was supposed to but it was almost all healthy foods. I'm not sure the Dr. completely understands how active I am through out the day. There were times today when my stomach was growling. I did get in more exercise than I thought I would so I am pleased about that. Tomorrow is a new day to try again.
