If you are like me, you probably hate the thought of exrcising more than doing it - its the whole idea of getting changed/getting to they gym/getting sweaty etc which puts me off!
Onc you're actually leaping around - its not so bad!
I find the best thing for me is doing it as soon as I get up in the morning - then its done and I can forget about it - also my energy levels are best at that time of day. If I plan to do it in the evening - I can guarantee that by the time evening rolls round, I have come up with a very good reason not to do it!! ;-)
