Went to Jazzercise in the ice last night! Very motivated which is a nice change. Excited to have my Subway Club after work, do my 1 hour on the treadmill and have my frozen yogurt tonight! Two days in a row around 1200 calories and it's not bad at all. This weekend I am not messing up again!!!
