Yesterday held 2 new things for me. One I put apple cider vinegar into my morning tea, a little zing to it but not bad. I also added it to our smoothies last night. Hubby could tell, but I couldn't really taste it. So we will see if it helps. Two I lifted wth 8 pound weights last night instead of 5. There were a couple of times I had to stop because of muscle fatigue and I went back to the 5 pound weights to finish my set and they seemed so light. So my new goal is to make it until I am lifting the entire set with my 8 pound weights. I do have 10 pound weights but that is in the future.
