Ok, I'm surprised by this number but I stepped on the scales twice this morning and it came up the same both times. I've been trying, sticking to my plan pretty well and being almost religious about logging what I consume. I've switched to unsweetened tea most of the time though there are a few restaurants that are used to bringing me sweet so it will take a while to get to 100% sugar free. I've also cut the number of cappuccino scoops in my morning coffee in half. Still though, if I want something, I get it. I'm trying hard to quit smoking at the same time that I'm trying to lose weight so if it comes down to smoke or eat... I'm going to eat. I need to do both but breathing has to take precedence. Hopefully I'll keep seeing progress.
