Day 2 of low-carb ketogenic diet
I feel so tired and groggy. I hope this passes quickly. I thought it would be easy to cut my carbs down below 20g but I'm finding it is more difficult. I'm still consuming a small fraction of what my old diet consisted of but it's not under 20g yet.
Everything I love has carbs in it. I'm not even talking about the unhealthy foods either. I used to snack on blueberries like nobodies business but now I have to limit them. This is tough but most likely why I haven't seen the results I thought I would see.

Hang in there, it will pass. I had such a hard time for several days- I was winded just walking, but it will pass!!!!

Hang in there. I've been doing it for almost 2 months and have dropped 35 lbs. The first few days is tough. Tired, headaches but now it is totally worth it! Also check out ruled.me if you haven't already as they have some wonderful recipes!

Keto rocks - the fat will eventually help you lose the cravings for carbs and sugar/ Avocado, nuts, almond butter, coconut oil, butter, bacon, olive oil, cheese...
