Hmmm... I'm supposed to weigh in today, but I'm not liking what my scale says. It says I gained 3 pounds this week, which is frankly ridiculous. I would have had to eaten double my calories every day to do that, and while I'm sometimes 100 over, that wouldn't give me a 3 pound weight gain.
I suspect it might be bloating and water retention from having my free day yesterday. I ate a couple things I know will cause a flare up of SOD symptoms, which includes... bloating and water retention. And it's not uncommon for those episodes to cause 6 pound gains (not that I'm expecting a 3 pound loss).
So, eating clean today and stepping on the scale tomorrow. If it's still up tomorrow, then I'll just have to accept it is what it is and start figuring out where I messed up this week.
