Hi! :) I'm Rebecca. Started losing weight at 17ish, at 205lbs. Intermittent success. I've learned a ton, tried several different programs and gyms, worked very hard. I love Podcasts in general and have a few favorites for fitness. Consistency in my diet + exercise is so tough as an ADD student, with constant changes in schedule and responsibility, and with so many goals in all areas of my life!

I see health as *comprehensive* - physical, mental, spiritual... We're all on a journey to become more fully OURSELVES, as *God* intended us. Learning a lot about balancing skill-building with self-compassion and the knowledge that we are infinitely Loved no matter what.

I have a tendency to start projects and leave them open-ended. :( But accountability helps me a lot! I think EVERYTHING becomes clearer and we all become stronger when we make contact and share our journeys.
