I haven't been recording my exercise on here for a couple of reasons, time and I tend to burn the same amount every day, so until things settle down a tidge I am not going to focus on that.
Our teenage Prevention Squad has a project going in the meadow in town, I am working there today, so I will be outside for 4 hours. We had a little snow last night, so I am bundling up and hoping to stay warm.
