Ok, almost back to where I'm supposed to be. Also drinking more water. Trying to drink at least 96 oz. per day of water. Doing great except when my husband asks me to make homemade buttermilk biscuits, I just can't resist them! But I only have one instead of the 2 or 3 I used to would eat. But yesterday my carbs were at 77g. Got to keep them below 20g to get my best results. Trying...trying...trying.
