10st 1 fat 24.8% (1 off at WW but that was unexpectedly without dinner so would have been a GAIN!) Fed up with these results. Ok I did eat a bag of cookies Thurs but apart from that I've been good. I don't know if it's just my age now or what. I did read that eating more protein, which I had been trying to do but I don't really eat meat, can bung you up if you're not drinking enough, so I'll try that but it's really disheartening to see your efforts going unrewarded :(
