I feel really good today.
I only had a half cup of coffee and did yoga almost first thing this morning.
I'm just not really hungry these days but I'm still trying to get those 20 carbs a day.
I had a weak moment last night. We went to Barnes & Noble and there's a Starbucks in there.
I *really* wanted a white chocolate mocha latte,I passed and instead came home and weighed my self.
I'm glad that I skipped it and was beyond pleased to see that I'd lost another 2 lbs.
This rocks!

Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee with 2 splenda and cream
the last of the breakfast casserole
1.55 carbs

Lunch:
2 Cups spinach and romaine salad
with chicken, bacon bits and feta
3.94 carbs

Snack:
1 pickle
2 ham and cheese roll ups
1 pepperjack cheese
3.92

Dinner:
Huge spinach and romaine salad with bacon / tomato / cucumber and turkey

4.30

Carb total so far: 13.71

CRAP!
I'm still having a hard time meeting my carb total for the day.
I'm going to cut out the cheese snacks and start eating veggies for snacks.
