stuck at 162! but I just started back to working out last night. Been a crazy month, pinched nerve makes any movement painful and my Best Friends dad passed away suddenly this week. I hope to get back to my routeen and lets hope that gets the scale moving again.

I hate it when I get stuck at a number. Sometimes the way to break that plateau is to eat more than usual for a day or two, then eat less. If that doesn't get it moving, repeat! lol... Believe it or not, it often works. Think your body gets used to whatever amount of food we feed it and adjusts accordingly. Sometimes you just have to mix things up. Good luck! And I know what you mean about the pinched nerve - think I've got one going right now as my back is hurting and the pain is shooting down my outer leg and almost wrapping around to the inner calf, upper ankle area

Exact thing here w my back- its aweful, cant feel my left lower half- my butt, hamstring and foot are all numb while my calf muscle is spasming and hurts soo much! I pulled something on xmas eve pulling the turkey out of my car of all things...crazy! I miss running, and the weather has been so warm it makes me hostile! I can barely walk on it just because I have no strength in my leg its the wierdest thing. Its slowly improving, did some P90X kenpo last night, the kicks were hard to ajust to but it was better then sitting on a bag of ice again! I got stuck at 180 for a long time too, I've really been concentrating on keeping carbs around 100g a day- lets see if that gets things moving cus my activity level really cant be pushed til my stupid back heals. ARGH!
