Worked my butt off over the weekend on my yard, worked my 2nd job all weekend that doesn't allow for lunch breaks and got in a good workout walking up a hill with girlfriends. I always weigh first thing in the am...and it said 127.something and I was like no way, then got on again and it said 128 even....I'm putting 129.5 because I'm GLAD I'm back in the 120's again...but I feel better going with 129.5, and we will see what the scale says tomorrow! I really didn't eat a lot over the weekend cause I was too busy working! So I think today's weigh in was kind of a fluke!! BUT it has me motivated!!!
