Day 6: Last night we went out for our weekly dinner with Mr. (my sweetie)'s parents. I didn't do too terribly, and stayed under my goal calories. I have been shooting for under 1800, even though I am allotted 2300. I also noticed that I produced 2x as much milk last night and this morning...maybe I need to consume a little more calories in order to keep up my production. Poor R-Dub (baby- nickname, NOT his real name) only gets <1 oz of breast-milk in each bottle since my surgery (gallbladder).
