My mom takes us (hubby, son, and myself) out to dinner once a month. Great, it's coming up Monday (she picked it out today). She loves Carabbas so I'm already planning my menu choices. So far it will be Amore Monday so chicken Marsala (3 carbs), the meatball plate (to share about 5 carbs for me) and grilled asparagus(2 net carbs). Their side salads seem kind of high in carbs (11 carbs, 5 fiber) so I'll skip that and just have the asparagus. It will be about 10ish carbs total so I'll have to skip my coffee that day but it will be worth it. I also have to update my food diary yet. My dh took my green beans for his lunch tomorrow without asking. I had a super late lunch today so after I made dinner I put mine to the side for while. I went to grab it and the veggies were gone. He thought I didn't want to eat them. Bad hubby. Oh well, I'll grab an extra salad tomorrow since I wasn't really that hungry to make one tonight.
