Humbly, I am back after reading my journal entries for the last 2 yrs and seeing that I have remained, basically at the same point I have been at for the entire time. 10 up, 10 down blah blah blah, but I think that I have come to realize two things: 1) My body is obviously not it the calorie burning state it was in before my son was born and 2) wishing my ass away is obviously not working :)

So I started at 178 (gasp) on Jan 1 and have made my way back to 170, I have also decided that holding myself accountable for every pc of food I put in my mouth may really have a huge impact on what I eat.
I hope everyone is motivated, I am going to do my very best to stay on track this time and try to get back to my pre-Hunter weight so that I can quit talking about it and say that I finally DID IT!!

Good luck to all of you guys~~ I know we are all here to lose weight, for a multitude of reasons but basically we all have a common goal.
