Had such a fun day today. After church I went with a friend to lunch at Olive Garden and I am super proud of myself because I only ate 1 bread stick and only half of my lunch and asked for a to go box. We did share a dessert, which was yummy, and I am still full so I will not be eating tonight. I logged the closest thing I could find for the meal and I didn't find the dessert, but I am sure I am over 2000 calories. However the win is that I controlled myself, yet still had a good time and didn't feel starved or that I needed to finish. Hubby enjoyed the left overs when I got home.
