I had found I was only losing very small bits of weight like .2-.4 lbs.. id realized that although I was getting my macro percentages right I was indeed not getting enough fat. I was averaging about 80g so I upped it to 100g the other day and it's dropping a lb or more a day. It's funny because I've been helping a few ppl learn and try keto and I keep saying you need to up your fat.. it's not enough you won't lose if it's not high enough lol sometimes you really need to take your own advice! Today I am the same weight I was for vacation last year.. with 6.5 weeks to go. I'd like to hit my first goal of 150 by then. 13.6 to go!

You seem to be doing really well with your macro balance.I find getting the level of fat high enough difficult, I intend to try fat bombs. I can't get my head around bulletproof coffee - the idea of adding extra fat to a drink just seems wrong. I've moved onto double cream in my coffee today as it doesn't have the carbs (sugar) that milk does. I try to eat in a short period of time intermittent fasting of 18 hours not eating (including while asleep) and 6 hours of eating a day seems to suit me. I'm still fighting the carbs though.

I dont eat fat bombs, I am not a sweets person and the savory ones do not appeal to me.. I do 16:8 IF. I do spend time educating my self on my WOE. I find things easier to do if I understand how it works. Then I find recipes with proper fat, protein, and carbs to fit me.

Love that sweet little piggy! I tried higher protein a while back with lower (not low) fat and it didn't work for ME. Once I added back in my coconut oil in coffee weight moved again...The funny thing is I just use a little bit, but that seems to be all I needed...
