Holidays over finally... now i can get into super focus mode.. as all of us do,i have my new years resolution which is to get back to 165. Not a hard goal since i'm giving myself all of 2012 to acheive it. I have a mini goal to have lost 8.4 lbs by my birthday on January 13th. That would get me close.. and its almost unrealistic, but ive decided to throw these mini goals into the mix to keep me focused. If i don't get there by then i'm ok with it as long as i'm making strides towards it.
Side goal note: my bestfriend of over 25 years asked me to be in her wedding. Right now we are looking at a date of October 2013 and it will be in NY. I decided i wanted to work to be at 150 when i fly up to NY and walk in her wedding. Don't think its unattainable... esp if i get back to 165 this year i'll only have another 15 to get off. (yeah easier said than done but i digress)
I feel a million times better than i did a month ago, i def can see the progress in my body, just happy that i didn't let the holidays get the best of me. :)
