Day 8 of 19 purging my system of sugar. Yesterday was difficult enduring the cravings during our blizzard. I survived b/c my motivation is strong. Reading about the struggles of my FS Buddies helped too. Weigh in tomorrow. So far, I stuck 100% to my plan. I feel good.
We got about 15" of snow. My husband (my hero) snowblowed our driveway. It s 550 feet long it took him 3.5 hours. Usually my daughter helps but she had a vein procedure on her leg and is on restricted activity for a couple weeks. My grandson shoveled the decks. I am blessed. From my vantage point the snow is beautiful. Sending pictures of the snow.
