Day 3 of the challenge, my shoulders were sore from my semi-private workout. I didn't really *feel* like doing pushups (who really does though?) I got down and did 9 pretty solid ones before my arms gave out... so that was exciting.

Tomorrow I go see my heart doctor for my 6 month visit. My bp has been out of whack. I need to see if I can talk to him about reducing it... it seems to be running really low on the days I take my meds & workout... I feel junky and tired which after they put me on the meds for the high blood pressure the second try was too much and it made me soooo tired. That's how I'm feeling again.

We'll see what he says.

Debating how often to weigh myself? I weighed Sunday & Wednesday should I Friday as well to see how my intake is? Hmmmm...
