I drank WAY too much last night. My macros percentages are crazy today but I tracked everything I ate and came in under 1550 calories. I felt like crap all day and lost my breakfast.

I did weigh in this morning. Back at 42 lbs to go from the craziness of the holidays.

I have a 5k Obstacle Mud Run scheduled for the end of April. I'd ideally like to lose at least 25 lbs by the event date (getting me at 152 lbs).

My goals for the weeK:

1. Track everything I eat
2. Workout at least 4 times this week (scheduled workouts are Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, so need to do a on my own workout)
3. Get my meals planned & prepped with good macro percentages
