Happy New Year friends! Last night we stayed in and I finished reading "A Conscious and Courageous Leader" by Tracy Tomasky. It was a great read challenging me to be a better leader. I started it thinking about work only but as I was thinking about it this morning I realized we are all leaders somewhere in our daily lives. So thinking of the goals I set while reading that book, I will be encouraging others throughout all aspects of my life to be better. Maybe that encouragement comes just from watching me finish or endure through a goal that I have set, or maybe it comes from actual words. So with that in mind, what goals have you set and how do you need to be encouraged?
