OK I have 9 days to lose four more pounds. Four more stinking pounds to hit my goal and you know these next 9 days include, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, aka to our brothers and sisters nord as Boxing Day (see how I threw that "nord" in there - it was be design, egh - I know, half of my family is from the Great White North) anyway, these are going to be the most difficult 9 days to work with. I need to finally break through this barrier.
