It is so frustrating to be so close to your goal but you just can't seems to push yourself over that goal line. It's like being on a football team that just can't punch it in when they get into the red zone. I have been here so many times but it seems like everything stalls out here.

I know EXACTLY what you mean! I've had 10 pounds I've been messin' with for awhile now. I ended up changing my goal to break it up a little to see if that helps...Oh, the mind games we play with ourselves!!!

If you haven't added both some aerobics and resistance training do so. It is amazing how sedentary we are compared to our ancestors. If you work on a farm all day and walk most everywhere you go you burn a s*** ton of calories. There are some women who have to reduce the carbs down to 35 grams per day to lose weight.
