dean ornish noted that an ultra low fat diet can open up clogged arteries to some degree. a pathologist once told me that whenever he did autopsies on people who wasted away from cancer their coronary arteries were always clean. in theory then you could clean up your coronary arteries by fat free protein shakes and a low calorie low fat vegetarian diet with a station added. for some degree of safety I would add four fish oil per day. your body will freak out and start grabbing cholesterol wherever it can scrounge it to save the brain and nervous system. you would need to keep a close check on liver function like every few weeks, and I don't think I would try adding a station to that for more than 8 weeks due to the risk of peripheral nerve damage, but heck that still beats the risk of a coronary bypass graft.
