Had my "SoHo Salad" for lunch today and tracking it made me realize a couple of things need correcting.

1. Switch out the dried cranberries for celery. Less sugar & points.
2. Switch the dressing. Or better yet, get my own and that way I can have more control over the portion control and exact points.

I also need to think of more breakfast options that I can easily bring on the go that aren't full of carbs and sugar.
