Time to get back on track. Just made low carb crepes for a few days and some pumpkin spice pudding (LC) and planning out my menus all while reading a motivational book on the detrimental effects of the imbalance of the food macros and how it's made us fat and sick and we need to now eat more meat, eggs, butter, cheese and "REAL" food....back to the way life used to be before government started dictating filler foods/vegetable oils......!!!!!!
