Since my weight loss has plateaued, I have increased my exercise both in intensity and time. With my daughter home, it is hard to do the exercises that I was doing but I will go back to doing those exercises as well. I am still losing because my clothes are fitting looser everyday. It is time to start measuring instead of relying on scales as much.
My measurements for today is Bust -41", Waist -40", Hips -54 1/2", Thighs -31", Upper Arms -17", Calves -22 1/4".
The holidays are hectic but I will stay on my diet as well as I can and exercise every chance I get. With my marriage slowly ending and my life changing, I will have many obstacles to pass and have to push myself harder.
