I had a pretty good birthday yesterday and I stayed on my diet and exercised even though it was my birthday. I am definitely committed to losing this weight.

This morning I played golf while walking and ended up walking a little over three miles. My mom and dad got me a pedometer for my birthday so I know how far I walk now and it helps so much. I have had a lot of people tell me how good I look since I have started losing weight.

I am looking for cheap gym equipment so I can make a gym in my garage so I can take my weight loss to the next level. Good luck everyone. I love you all. :-)

Try resistance bands. Cheap and seem to do just as good of job as weights! I am also going to try and do the Power 90 series of workouts. You really don't need any special equipment (I don't think anyway). Great job on the weight loss!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL! Nu Shengri kuaile! You'll love that pedometer, I blew 2 of them up in 2 years. They just couldn't hang. Once you see them tick you just push yourself more and more. Its so much fun.
