Thank you so much for the advice and support. On a fast 5 and LCHF. Eating now. Also Diabetic but controlled with 750mg metformin. Blood glucose actually rose temporarily after exercise to 137 and then returned to 96 pre-breakfast (first meal of day). Been on this for 11 days so I guess my body is getting a little angry. :D 

Talked to my doctor today and he had me move when I take the medicine from the morning to the evening. After telling him I was hydrated all the time he ignored me and said I might be getting dehydrated on my walks. Yesterday, after my walk I came in at 81/56 BG was normal at about 106 (for the time of day). He said that if the move does not help I am to cut the pill in half. Of course that doesn't make too much sense since the pill is 3 drugs in one. There is no guarantee that I will get proportional amounts of each drug in each half. One of the drugs is a diuretic. Should be fun urinating all night long now. I have no one to blame but myself. Feels good to write about it though.
