Struggling to put the brakes on my weight loss (nice place to be) balancing enrgy outlay against food inlay with my current lifestyles is taking some adjustment. Currently eating around 2500 Cals per day about 500 more than my pre 'getting a grip but outlay is around 1,000 higher (about 10miles per day fast walking), But of cause life gets in the way of consistency so still trying to get a balance.
