Yesterday I went to a networking city chamber of commerce event. There was a TON of free food & even a free drink ticket for wine, beer or liquor. TONS AND TONS of candy all around.
Nothing that fit into my plan. I used my drink ticket for a diet coke (my splurge of the evening) and just focused on chatting up everyone. I enjoyed my orange on the way home & ate dinner once I got home.
I feel amazingly in control. I'm also really looking forward to my cheat meal tomorrow which includes 2 glasses of wine, a salad with ranch dressing with cheese & croutons on it, steamed veggies & marinated grilled chicken.
