Hi friends, been a little while since I have been on. I was at a training last week and the day after I got home we left for a little get away and just got back last night. I have been in so many cities over the last couple of weeks that last night I woke up and had no idea where i was, seriously.
So while we were gone on our get away we only ate 2 meals a day, but we did get in quite a bit of walking. I have one more outing, in that I leave next Tuesday for LA for 4 days. then I am home for quite a long time. =)
I am trying to get in exercise as I can fit it in between trips and while on them, but it will be nice to get back home and back into a new routine, who knows maybe my body will respond really well after so much chaotic-ness.
