I've hit BMI 22 - Fat Mass 15% - weight sub 77 and BP 108/69 (average 119/77 for week), In maintenance mode now - upped calorie intake to 2300+ more than I used to eat but due to my 5-10 Miles per day might need to go higher.!!! to maintain weight.
As to beer and chocolate there required for any sane lifestyle regime :)
