First journal entry.

Retired and will be 68 at end of this month. Exercise three times a week. Full body routine consisting of arobics and resistance training.
Belong to TOPS weight loss support club.

Got up at 4:ooam, could not sleep anymore. Had indigestion most of the night.Weighing in at 210 lbs and would like to get down to 203 lbs. Will have to modify my eating habits. Portion control!! Going to try Auto Hypnosis to add focus to my goals.
