I love tuna... I mixed some in my salad tonight and that got me thinking. I would love to have a tuna sandwich but subway I think is high in kcal ( 6" Tuna sandwich - Calories: 530kcal ).
So I got thinking about how to make it more low kcal, and this is what I came up with: 1/2 can of tuna (about 110 cal), mixed with low kcal laughing cow soft cheese (about 35 cal) on Low Calorie Light Wheat Bread (about 40 cal a slice) (Bob's Tuna sandwich - Calories: 225kcal) Going to have to put it on my shopping list.
