So today was different. I don't usually fry potatoes but my friend requested them and she just had surgery on her knee. I used 2 TBLs of Coconut oil, and the potatoes were homegrown organic. I also added organic green tomatoes. I grew them myself :) Maybe not the best choice but the best choices for this choice :) The beans were made with a homegrown organic smoked ham hock. Not a lot of fat but there was fat.
I think the worst choice that I made today was the ranch dressing. Looking at calories I am still under about 1000. But I cannot eat any more :-?
